The existing of many kinds of club, swimming pool, stadiums, sports center, sports fitness and so one showed the people’s need of health sports entertainment. Some higher educated people are more than lower educated people in participating the fitness exercise which means fitness sports is a good way to for people to relax themselves physically and mentally;2:Currently,the main purpose of fitness exercise is to lose weight and fat,and it is popular among salariat people in Wuhan; the main influence of the choice of the the fitness club are weather it is near or if it the club has public praise. But checking from the research people do not be loyal to one single club,that is also a reason why the member of a club do not stay there as a VIP for a long time.3:if there is a grade system in this area,the overall average score of fitness entertainment services in Wuhan is5-6. It is an OK score.Score of empathy is5.63points,and then the reliability of the service, the safety of service, the responsiveness service, it scores5.37point in the tangibility of service.fitness entertainment industry in wuhan personalized guidance, staff dress, equipment maintenance, coaches, and relevant work personnel quality is higher; But in fitness entertainment facilities in various functional areas clean and tidy environment, fitness entertainment area temperature, each function set, etc. Also need to strengthen;in wuhan city there is a difference of the understanding of quality service in participating fitness exercise between men and women,in this aspect, women is much better than men.
