Micro-power is an important notion in foucault's ideological system and a indispensable part in History of Ideas as well. Foucault completely abandoned the train of thought that predecessors used to research the question of power from macro perspective,instead he inspected power by gripping the minutiae of life.School education as an important link of Social Discipline, it's aslo a typical field of micro-power operation. This article focuses on school.Then from three perspective:class teaching's big environment-school management, class teaching place-classroom,class incidents processing place-office to analyze the people and things happened in these three places,in order to reveal the running track of power behind class slience.First of all, schools use monitoring of bureaucracy, standardized ruling powers, schools consititute a closed and imprisoned "prison system" by these technologies. It is based on universal monitoring and it organize micro-environment of schools, in order to make schools consititute a "disciplinary society". The people in the school are disciplined, merchanized and have nowhere to say.Secondly,the design of classroom apply "panopticism" architectural principles perfectly, thus produce subtle mandatory on individuals in classroom; through rituals before class,we can strengthen role definition of teachers and students; schoos and teachers'power is further extended by inviting parents and holding parents meeting."The power of Spirit to spirit",students can't see but can feel it often,they don't dare to say.At last,students who are in a week position always struggle for power. Students treat everything in school by testing,adjustment, excessive performance and being insensitive, it means students don't make any response apparently, but conduct silent resistance essentially.In short, this paper try to reveal micro-power's operation of track in school through the phenomenon happens in school place,to revert interventon,control,even bondage hide in class that we take for granted. Discussing education distortions in school can urge us to re-examine,reflection and understanding essence of education, broaden the vision of teaching theory, create a good and useful school, advance the new curriculum reform comprehensively and effectively, promote overall healthy development of students.
