The Research On The Current Training Situation And Trend Of MPE Professional Degree Graduate Students In Social Sports Guiding Direction

The plan setting sports master specialized degree in some Chinese universities was passed in2005. And the full time sports master specialized degree graduate student began to be recruited in2009. As one of the four professional fields of sports master specialized degree, the guiding direction of social sports'major responsibility is cultivating the high level and professional sports masters who can teach skills, direct exercise and organize activities during the process of mass sport exercise. However, some related data shows that the research on sports master specialized degree graduate of the guiding direction of social sports is still blank, so this paper try to do some penetration.This paper investigates the current features of the cultivation of seven universities such as Hunan Normal University, Beijing Sport University, Capital Institute of Physical Education, East China Normal University, Wuhan Institute Of Sport, Guangzhou Sports University and South China Normal University by the method of interview and questionnaire survey. At the same time, it also analyses the training scheme of Hunan Normal University, East China Normal University and Capital Institute of Physical Education. The research tries to find the problems of the master of the guiding direction of social sports at present and discusses the countermeasures.Through the research, this paper concludes as follows:1.The training system of the sports master specialized degree graduate of the guiding direction of social sports in these universities is still not formed.2. The cultivation's current features of the sports master specialized degree graduate of the guiding direction of social sports is not positive.When analysing the reasons of the conclusion, this paper puts forward following suggestion:1. Strengthened external exchange, cultivate together by school and society;2.Build practice base, carry out double tutorial system;3. Establish a supervision mechanism and Perfect quality evaluation system;4. Update training mode and deepen the reform of course system;5. Set up a new recruiting method and draw in outstanding students.
