Research On The Characteristics Of Professional Ability Cultivation Of Master’s Degree Students In The Direction Of Bodybuilding And Fitness In Wuhan Sports University Sports Coaching Major

With the rapid development of China’s economy,the social market has put forward higher requirements for the quality of workers.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics of building a strong talent country,a strong sports country and a healthy China,the demand for talents presents the characteristics of high level and compound type.Professional degree master of sports as high-level sports talents play a vital role in the development of national sports career.In recent years,the number of people applying for master’s degree in China has been increasing year by year.In the context of Healthy China,the professional ability of master’s degree students in the direction of bodybuilding and fitness has higher requirements,which requires both a solid professional theoretical foundation and a strong practical ability.This requires institutions to refine management in various aspects such as training objectives,curriculum,supervisor selection,and research projects to provide a better learning environment and development platform for students.In the context of the new era,the cultivation of master’s degree students in sports has an important strategic significance.Only by strengthening the cultivation of sports talents and highlighting the characteristics of professional ability cultivation of master’s degree students in sports in institutions can we better meet the demand for high-level and composite talents in the social market and better promote the development of national sports.This study is one of the aspects of Wuhan Sports University’s research in the study of universitylevel topics,mainly using literature,questionnaires,comparative analysis,mathematical and statistical methods,from two aspects of special skills and knowledge,comprehensive ability and knowledge,comparative analysis of the current situation of professional ability training between Wuhan Sports University School of Athletic Training and the master’s degree students in the direction of bodybuilding and fitness,and analysis of the causes of the training effect,and then concluded that bodybuilding The training of master’s degree students in bodybuilding and fitness has the following characteristics: the training goal of "taking the learner as the main body" has a high degree of care;the professional ability training of "oriented to the needs of society" has a clear direction;the curriculum of "taking the ability training as the main line" is highly targeted;and the curriculum of "taking the ability training as the main line" is highly targeted."The curriculum setting is highly targeted;the quality evaluation is highly practical with the carrier of "competence recognition";the training process is well targeted with the mode of "multiple platforms".Suggestions are made based on the shortcomings in cultivation,including: improving the comprehensive evaluation mechanism and diversified teaching methods;strengthening personalized guidance and building a comprehensive and effective management mechanism;strengthening the construction of a diversified mentor team;and focusing on the coordinated development and cultivation of theoretical and practical skills.
