The Study Of Success Education For The Middle-school Students

The middle-school students are both the future of a country and the hope of a nationality. A state's fate is determined by the middle-school students'growing-up healthily. The educators should pay attention to physical and psychological characteristic of the middle-school students.This dissertation analyzed problems and shortages in the today middle education, and researched the relationship between success education and physical and psychological growth of the middle-school students. Success education is the education that helps the students explore their potentialities under equal opportunity, makes every student experience the feeling of success, and gives them some constructive guides for their future life and career. The middle-school students live in the period when their body and mind change drastically, it is necessary to implement success education for them. New thoughts of success education include: cultivating success psychology that makes every student find their value, allotting fairly educational sources, and establishing multitude assessment system of education. At the same time, middle schools should reform the simple traditional teaching methods and build the teaching mechanism that adapts every student to personal development; families should encourage every child improve themselves and create an atmosphere of equality and harmony. The common efforts of school and family can help every student walk toward success.
