International 21 century education committee subjected an important report education—wealth is in it to United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization 1996. The report put forwards lifelong education and that education must be reconstructed and organized round four basic abilities to study. The four basic abilities are the ability to learn to recognize, the ability to learn to work, the ability to learn to live together and the ability to learn to exist.A set of investigation made in this dissertation which in carrier of physics course comprehended the present situation of studying-problem-students in physics teaching and analyzed the reasons to affect the students'progress aims to seek the effective measures in which can dredge the students'psychology and thought in the junior students actively development course. A brand-new successive rationale is set up through the investigation and research. The essence of successive education and its implementing principles and methods are put forward with the aid of the theory on psychology and pedagogy. This dissertation also aims to seek how to transform the original viewpoint to provide the verified standards to success as well as how to give every student the chance to enjoy the happiness to success. This article deals with the pedagogic theory on physics for junior students which believes that every student is"talent"—especially the studying-problem-students and can make every student successful in studying happily and actively by fostering the interests of learning physics through creating the conditions to stimulate the initiative of learning physics and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude from the factualconditions.The purpose of the task of this dissertation is the attempt to combine the subject teaching with success-education. We offer the commonplace remarks by way of introduction so that others may come up with valuable opinions although it is not perfected. The principles and methods to implement the success-education are put forward to transform the success-education on the basis of experience into the success-education on the basis of law so that the levels of teaching process are improved to cultivate more talented persons to meet the need of society.
