| Radar mobility design is an important topic of radar engineering. Combining study item for long-range 3D radar for CETC-14, special research on radar antenna base, hydraulic leveling and driving mechanism and so on is done by in this paper. Basic structure of radar antenna base, arrangement project of each movement mechanism, and choice of driving form are confirmed according to main index request of skill and tactics for radar. Detailed design for antenna base, hydraulic leveling and driving mechanism is done, and compute and simulation analysis for main design parameters are performed. Security of equipments and workers are considered to insure equipments and workers against mangling and hurting in abominable and ultimate status in process of radar design.Antenna base is important part of intelligence radar, which realizes to support antenna and drive antenna to complete 2D movement of azimuth and pitching according to required mode in the control of servo system order. Research on stress distributing and distortion of antenna base and slip platform in each condition is done by finite element analysis software, which supplies definite guide and reference for design of heavy load antenna base. Hydraulic leveling system and hydraulic lifting system of antenna front which are driven by load-sensing variable pump. Simulation test for typical hydraulic leveling system and lifting system of radar is carried out by existing AMESim simulation analysis software in this paper, and dynamic simulation for system work process is done. Simulation results are analyzed, which supplies reference for optimization design of radar hydraulic system. |
