It is an effective way to solve the current energy and environmental issues.Based on the analysis and research of series hybrid electric vehicle parts, the mathematical models of each component selection were established, such as the engine/generators, motors, battery and transmission system. The vehicle conditions parameters were analyzed, the simulation models of parts and vehicle system performance were established. According to the requirements and experience of series hybrid car performance analysis software, the transmission device configuration was carried on. The several shift strategies were searched and discussed, the reference one-parameter shift strategy in speed was established. And the selection and performance analysis model of the tandem hybrid electric vehicle parts were given, the flow charts of the system performance analysis models were given.The serial hybrid cars energy management strategy was analyzed, the energy management strategy analysis model was established. According to the characteristics of series and the analysis of regenerative braking strategies, the regenerative braking models for the series hybrid cars that decided by the braking strength and speed was established. And the control flows of energy management strategies and regenerative braking strategies were given.The mathematical models were established for working condition of maximum speed, acceleration, the biggest slope, power factor dynamic performance and the isokinetic hundred kilometers fuel consumption, as well as the mathematics calculation models of working hundred kilometers fuel consumption. And the calculation flow charts of the performance and fuel economy were given.Using Microsoft Visual Studio c #.net language development platform, Microsoft Access 2003 database system and object-oriented programming technology, the analysis and simulation software system of series hybrid vehicle performance was developed, and application examples were given.It is a certain technical way to the development of hybrid car. |
