Design And Implementation Of The Third Level Information System On Classified System Protection

Recently,with the development of the information system, information security of the important information systems has become a serious issue need to be solved. However, The important information systems still exist some security problems:1) lacking a security architecture that is fit for the important information systems; 2) lacking a information systems overall protection program.First of all, this paper discusses the levels of classified protection systems, analysizes and researches the third-level information systems. Then, discusses the'triple protection under one management center' system.The management center controls safety computing environments, safety communication networkings and the safety area boundaries.Next, author proposes a system security scheme based on trusted encryption, system security techniques and secure network. In order to make sure that all access points and supported systems can realize the technical requirements of secure protection, author make use of the third level information security mechanism and service. The third level requirements include access control, secure audit, and secure substance reuse.Finally, author proposes key protection technology requirements on device, classifies the secure attributions of the application system and puts forward an arrangement requirement on network. By discussing the third level information system secure protection methods and models, the paper provides the experience on the construction and improvement on classified system protection.
