Research On Schedule Management For Information Systems Classified Security Protection Customer Project

Information system classified security protection(ISCSP)is one of the fundamental state policies of China,while carrying out security protection of the network information.Information system classified security protection customer(ISCSPC)greatly affect the implementation of Information system classified security protection.ISCSPC project primarily targets at crucial information systems of the national basic information facilities,such as government,communication industry,power sector,financial industry,transportation and other industries.It is a vital role which ISCSPC project management plays to improve the security of the national network information scientifically and efficiently.The application of management science in the field of evaluation project is still at the initial stage.There is a broad research space in the direction of project management.The research results have a positive impact on the management efficiency of the national basic information facilities managers and the development of network information security.The paper starts with a general overview of the development process and the research status at home and abroad of project schedule management and information security classified security protection customer.After that a set of research methods for the ISCSPC project schedule management is determined.The case we chose is China Mobile Jilin Co.,Ltd.SMS network system.Therefore,the case has been discussed sufficiently through management tools,such as work breakdown structure,systems coding,the project schedule planning designing and the project duration analysis.Unitizing S type curve determination to track the progress of the project,we illustrate the influence factors of ISCSPC project schedule management in depth,and accordingly development of a series of project progress protection measures.Finally,we draw the conclusions and analysis of the results of the study and outlook,with the implementation of the entire evaluation project summary.In this paper,it is a brand-new attempt to fuse project schedule management disciplines and network information security disciplines.Ultimately,the research progress of the designing of information system security classified protection consumer project worked well in the implementation of the project,which provides a certain theoretical and practice experience for other information system security classified protection consumer projects.
