In modern colleges'management,the traditional information management strategy has already not met the requirements of rapid transmission and processing of large amounts of information,while the application of college network and management can meet the colleges'requirements of networking and automation. Most importantly,it can greatly improve colleges'internal affair management level. In this paper,the author combines a practical application program and then puts forward the design and implementation of the equipment management system which is based on the ASP.NET technology.Firstly,according to the status quo of the Zhejiang HengDian Television Vocational College,the paper carries out a needs analysis to establish the object,dynamic and functional models. Secondly,the paper focuses on the ways of applying the ASP. NET technology and carries on system analysis and design. And then it illustrates the equipment management system design process,the features and the hierarchical structure of the equipment management system of the Zhejiang HengDian Television Vocational College. Thirdly,in accordance with the advanced B / S processing model,the paper completes the equipment management system design,and illustrates its key technology and capability,thus provides theoretical and practical support for the wide application of the equipment management system in various kinds of colleges. Finally,the paper affirms that equipment management system is still confronted with some issues,and then proposes some appropriate methods and strategies.The system has been put into operation,and basically meets the colleges'various kinds of needs. It not only accelerates the transmission speed of equipment information management,but also facilitates the real-time interactive work between leaders and staffs. Most importantly,it greatly improves the work efficiency of the staffs in different departments,and reduces the labor intensity of the relevant personnel. As a result,all aspects of daily work become systematic and process-oriented; especially the management of internal affair becomes convenient.
