The AETK Framework Based On CCOW

Along with the improvement of the hospital information system, the exchange and share of clinical information have become an exigent demand. Sharing of patient's information is core of hospital information system, but standardization is important foundation of the construction of hospital information system, so building up the standard information system of clinical information is important contents of the construction of hospital information system.According to this, the HL7 organization of American established and supported a kind of standard used for the clinical application to share information -CCOW standard. It combines with each clinical application, not only overcoming "the information isolated island" that formed from the lacking of the standard and forming the clinical manage system of taking patient as the center, but also can helping clinical doctor to have a right decision as soon as possible because of his getting patient's information completely and quickly.This article mainly studies the AETK frame design and its application in the clinical realm, namely, through the design and development of the AETK frame, the combination of the clinical application based CCOW and existing NON-CCOW clinical application not based CCOW is realized. The realization of the AETK frame can make different NON-CCOW clinical application (include the Window32 application and the WEB application) provided from the different company to join CCOW the context management environment. AETK frame also can make different NON-CCOW clinical application not based CCOW and the clinical application based CCOW keeping synchronization and sharing the information with each other. According to participating in design and development of AETK frame by author herself and the software engineering theory, the author introduces the flow of realizing the scheme in detail from demand analysis, system design to system implementation, and the primary technology which are applied in the project and its implement as the emphases. At last, according to the development and application of this scheme in practice, the author concludes all difficult point in the project and points out the technology problems which need to be solved. The author also anticipates the foreground of AETK frame application, and the future development of the scheme.This project is based on the programming platform of VB.NET and C++.NET.
