Liaoning Communication Foundation Resource Sharing System Research And Planning

Liaoning Province, sharing resources, communications infrastructure, management systems, Liaoning Provincial Communications Authority regulation, Mobile, Unicom, Telecom three telecom companies to use a telecommunications management system supports sharing of resources, the system has been developed using B/S structure, Main program features include the design, establishment of database and application development aspects. For the functional design, system to achieve the user's needs and improve the existing management processes. This paper is based on the functional design for large background, functions and processes of the system design and implementation.Six chapters of this thesis, logical structure can be attributed to the "background analysis-overall design-functional design-test implementation. " The first chapter introduces the research background and significance, tasks and goals. The second chapter describes basic resources of Liaoning Province, sharing communications system requirements analysis and system design. The third chapter describes the basic resources of Liaoning Province, sharing communication function of the system applications. The fourth chapter describes the basic resources of Liaoning Province, sharing communications system functions and database design. Chapter V Liaoning Communication Foundation Resource Sharing system implementation and testing situation. The last chapter briefly summarizes the work of this article, and further optimization of the system proposed Improvement.
