| Special equipments are dangerous because of the effect of themselves and outside factors that susceptible to security incidents and seriously endanger the safety of life and property of people. Besides, they may also be with the characteristic of large quantity, strong danger, uses of poor environments, highly liquid and so on. Moreover, in the long-term process of daily maintenance, there may be some problems, such as not reaching the designated position of work, maintenance contents being incomprehensively, fabricated data and even half-hearted. To solve all the above problems, advanced techniques, including both RFID and GPRS, are applied in the maintenance regulatory field of special equipments.On the basis of the study of RFID application in the maintenance of special equipments, the paper designs a maintenance supervision system of elevator equipments in Henan province. And it characterized by abundant functions, simple operation, easy maintenance and expandability etc. The major work can be summarized as follows:(1) According to the unstructured linear way of the storage structure of RFID tags, we design the data standardization. The reading and writing control of the Readers and the RFID tags is realized by the Reader API. The information of the RFID tags can't be always obtained correctly by the reason of the effect of the load shock and signal disturbance, thus we add the data processing approach of smoothing filter in the communication of the Readers and the RFID tags to ensure the completeness and accuracy of information obtained.(2) On the ground of the RFID data communication requirements, the RFID data communication mode is based on GPRS, which can realize real-time interaction with good performance and low cost. Through the analysis of the Web services support for RFID, we construct the RFID data integration model based on the Web services, which can carry out data integration among different sites and resource sharing. Besides, to ensure the effectiveness and traceability of the identity, this paper constructs and realizes the application model of digital signature based on XML which can define accident liability easily.(3) This paper designs the system solution for the special equipment maintenance regulatory based on RFID and GPRS, and constructs the system function model and information flow model. Taking elevator equipments as the object of experiment and design, the above models and schemes are validated by Visual Studio 2008.NET platform and SQL Server 2000.The operation results of this system in the Special Equipment Supervision Department of Henan have indicated that it is able to make the maintenance work for elevators standardized and institutionalized, and realized the real dynamic supervision. |
