With the rapid development of automobile industry, the automobile electronic industries have also been flourished. The requirements of automobile electronic products are becoming higher because of the improvements of people'living standards. The development and application of radio technology, particularly the combination of RKE (Remote Keyless Entry) technology and the micro-control technology, make the electronic products more automated, intelligent and humanized.This paper involves the design and realization of a smart home garage access control system based on the rolling code encryption technology.By investigations on technology and market of home garage door, it is found that most of the remote control garage systems on the market using the way of fixed code encryption methods. The security is low because of the limitation by the code length of encryption way. It is possible for one to decode it by intercept the code and copy it, or by the method of trying all possible codes. Furthermore the aspect of humanity is also needed to be improved.By now the products based on the rolling code technology could be seen on the market. Rolling code encryption technology is a non-linear encryption technology, with the characters of variation and anti-intercept. Each time the remote control sends the different rolling code, the code is unpredictable, and can only be used once. The effort of intercept or tracking will not be available so far. These characters improve the functions of the traditional remote control garage door.Investments of export enterprises in Guangdong show that this product has a good market prospect, especially the big demand of export. But there are still some problems with the products on current market, so the domestic market share is not high. The purpose of this paper is to design and realize cost-effective garage controller using rolling code technology with satisfactory functions.This paper use the rolling code encryption technology to improve the safety of the remote garage door, use programs developed in CPU to decrypt the rolling code. At the same time, we design more humanization functions like reverse while meeting resistance, auto delay close, infrared sensor etc. Robust ability is enhanced in the design too. The actual tests show that the system meets all design requirements and the performance is satisfactory and reliable.The following aspects are included in this paper.1. The hardware and the software designs are given. The principles and flow charts of function modules are described in details.2. Analyzed in details of the principles of encrypt and decipher of rolling code technology.3. Described the principle and process about the method of decipher the rolling code used by the programs in CPU.4. The methods of anti-interference which make the system being more reliable are given both in hardware and software.5. Some additional features are designed to improve the humanization of the system.
