But the network supervision of public opinion is a double-edged sword, it brings profit to the public and aslo exists many deficiencies.The network supervision of public opinion in the process of development produced many problems in our country, such as the legislation and policy are still imperfect, users of hidden identity easy generation rumors, negative network opinion misleading netizen, the net media and netizen are lack of responsibility, and so on. In order to play the positive role of the network supervision of public opinion, we must adopt corresponding countermeasures. We should perfect and guide it from the laws, the network, the people and the government these four sides. First, we should establish and perfect the relevant system of laws and regulations, second, we should set up network ethic moral standard, then the internet technique should be improved, finally the govermment should strengthen network supervision of public opinion.This paper is focused on through the existent problems in the summary and analysis to find out the feasible suggestions and countermeasures, thus accomplishing the network supervision of public opinion from the effective management in our country. |
