Research Of Leak Detection System For Automotive Brake Based On INTERBUS Fieldbus

In this paper,with the analysis of the key technology and application characteristics of fiedbus,a network structure of the measurement and control system based on fieldbus technology is presented,and advantage of the structure are expounded as well.It is based on the microprocessor core, PLC possesses mighty power in numeral caculation, network communication, data process and analog regulation etc. In the paper, Based on INTERBUS, the communication ptotocol,network architecture and connecting ways of fieldbus are analyzed thoroughly. On this basis, the use of PLC technology to design the control system of automobile brake inspection. The main achievements are as following:1) Based on features of Brake tester machine and PLC system, designed to PHOENIX company FC350PCIETH detector as the core of the brake control system, and that the control system hardware structure.2) Based on features of function modules and requirements of field product, configure hardware and parameter function modules.3) To construct INTERBUS network, configure INTERBUS network and program communication code for INTERBUS network and PLC system.4) To design Brake tester machine control system and develop supervision-control software.
