Comparison of the current real-time communication tools to do Tencent's IM, it has been working in the enterprise communication, group meetings, multimedia, video communication and other aspects of a great application, but Tencent's IM because it is developed for ordinary business users, it If the requirements have been met based on the general public, so in some technologies and the demand still can not use the specific requirements. According to the development of real-time communication tools unit as the background, combined with the special needs unit, developed for the case of instant messaging systems. This thesis proposes a P2P-SIP based multimedia distance learning management system, which rapidly through the underlying P2P network networking, information sharing technology and SIP technology, fast call and positioning technology to achieve real-time performance of communication systems on the network the maximum increase.Based on the analysis of existing real-time China Telecom Group status and lack of communication, the proposed P2P-SIP based real-time communication management system, which rapidly through the underlying P2P network networking, information sharing technology and SIP technology fast call and positioning technologies to achieve multimedia systems, so that the network performance can be most improved. In this thesis, instant messaging, multimedia systems starting business requirements and functional modules, the underlying P2P network is proposed to create multimedia and instant communications systems, and using SIP technology for call establishment, disconnect the other system functions of the traditional network calls system; designed a pure P2P SIP architecture, multimedia instant messaging and management system, through the testing and validation of the proposed multi-media real-time communication management system can meet the technical requirements of the system.
