In allusion to the global crises in energy sources and environment,it is significant to research and develop a energy-saving air-conditioning control system based on environmental compensation to HVAC(Heating Ventilating& Air Conditioning).The system selects digital air-conditioning DVM system.DVM system uses a digital control and variable capacity compressor. One outdoor unit deploys more than one indoor unit. Each indoor unit has a separate remote control device. Control system is mainly composed by PLC and display. PLC is control unit which completes main process and data processing and the configuration of input and output signals. Display provides screens which are used to operate and observe data.In this paper we discussed people comfort level and designed a new kind of enthalpy control method for reasonable running. According to the change of indoor and outdoor air parameters to adjust air-conditioning running, air-conditioning can realize energy-saving operation, while solve to adjust the indoor temperature and humidity to meet the needs of environmental comfort.Meanwhile, the GPRS wireless transmission is used with mobile message platform. Users can send and receive messages to realize Remote control and reading the system parameters of the air-conditioning. By uploading commands, the system will upload all kinds of information to the user. By Download commands,according to SMS commands the user send,the system changes operation state and operating parameters of the unit or indoor unit.Now, the system runs well, and it is efficient and energy saving.
