Retail Enterprise Network Management Research And Practice

The development of information technology and the popularity of computer network have greatly promoted management information of retail trade. After constructed for few years, Chinese retail management system has certain basis in the information technology equipment, infrastructure, and office automation and so on and fruitful achievements have been obtained in information construction. Retail management information system is an important part of information construction of retail enterprises. At present, many domestic enterprises have their own retail business and financial management information system, especially with development of Internet/Intranet technology, retail management information system has realized network and data share. In retail management information system, computer network and database management technology are commonly applied to build the personalized management information system, which satisfies demands of retail enterprises and is fit for their own business process.Under the background, in the thesis, aiming at the condition of retail management information system, combined with the characteristics of large-scale general merchandise retail enterprise, Xi'an Kaiyuan shopping mall limited company, focusing on such three factors as performance, security and maintenance, the existing management process and information business processes is analyzed and the model for retail management information system is constructed. Moreover, by reorganizing of internal data flow process, the available subsystem for retail management information system is designed, which causes retail information management of Kaiyuan Shopping Mall to be more scientific, normalized and standardized. Based on it, according to operation characteristics of management information system, system management of the minicomputer is briefly introduced and supply chain management (SCM), customer relationship management (CRM) and integration, design and implementation of internal and external information are discussed. Finally, under the background of the actual situation of information management of Xi'an Kaiyuan Shopping Mall, retail e-commerce model is preliminarily researched.The thesis concentrates on research and practice of enterprise network management schemes. Achievements of the project have already been applied to Kaiyuan Shopping Mall and practice shows that they are to some degree practical and pertinent. Because research of the enterprise information is not enough in the thesis, it should be further researched in the future. Through this study, it is hoped that it has certain reference meaning for development and application of the retail enterprise information management system.
