With the modern and efficient development of industry, various industrial control systems have been used widely in metallurgical, power, petrochemical and other fields. The development of industrial control system also promote the development of the industrial network. The wireless sensor technology and industrial technology can combine together to form industrial wireless network control system.Applied to the industrial enterprise fields to achieve remote monitoring in the whole process of production and obtain important industrial process data, that will become an inevitable trend. In industrial wireless network control system, the system of real-time response plays a crucial role and directly related to the enterprise production safety. Industrial wireless networks are typically based on wireless sensor networks, IEEE 802.15.4 is one kind of protocol that is suitable for wireless sensor network communication. GTS mechanism in MAC layer can provide good real-time protection for wireless sensor networks. This paper mainly focuses on the IEEE 802.15.4 MAC layer for the study of real-time access capabilities, proposed an accurate OPNET simulation model for studying the data throughput of the allocated GTS, and then analyzed in different super frame series, how the arrival data rate and the buffer capacity impacted on the GTS throughput and delay. The result shows that, for low arrival data rates and low buffer capacities of wireless sensor networks, selecting the appropriate value of SO (SO=2 or 3), with GTS allocation mechanism is more suitable for enhancing network utilization and real-time response for system. In order to achieve the combination of theoretical research and practical application based on the simulation analysis. Through constructing a network platform to simulate the actual industrial environment, using wireless sensor nodes for peer-to-peer communication. Designing 32-bit ARM microcontroller STM32 as the core, combined with peripheral sensor and 2.4GHz wireless transceiver module CC2430 as the wireless industrial network node. STM32 control sensors to collect environmental parameters, the wireless transceiver chip CC2430 will sent data to adjacent nodes, data eventually send to computer terminal through multi-level forwarding mode. Observing the results of data transmission can achieve the monitoring of industrial network environment. Design of sensor node ensure real-time data transmission, Established by the wireless sensor network can also meet the real-time demand of industrial wireless network. It can be test in industrial network field and to promote the development and application.
