Today, with the rapid development of the informatization, the information level of the oil industry has become a key factor in improving competitiveness. Currently, there are still some problems in TuHa Oilfield. Although some mature professional data management systems have been established, these systems are not connected to each other which are represented as the strip and block segmentation. For the regional geological research, this segmentation forms islands of information, which makes the professionals spend plenty of time and energy on data collection and preparation.In response to the problems mentioned above, this paper proposes the establishment of Oil E&P Data Management System, which is used to collect some necessary professional data and the results appeared in the exploration and development process. The system has solved the problem of the interconnection between independent professional systems and achieved the integration management of the outcome data. The work mainly includes integrating five kinds of shaft data during the entire exploration and development process, which are drilling data, logging data, oil testing data, analysis data and detecting data, and regional information such as trap reservoir data into the system. Based on the work mentioned above, the system has realized the centralization and unification of the information, and has also achieved a high degree of information sharing while the safety is guaranteed, which has significantly shortened the flow cycle of information. As a result, the efficiency and the security of the oilfield data management are improved and great convenience is brought to researchers.In response to the requirement and the status of the outcome data management of the TuHa Oilfield, the paper introduces the .NET framework, designs and implements the Oil E&P Data Management System (KTSC) based on .NET platform. Through detailed analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the popular three-tier Website architecture, the system infrastructure constructed as a combination of two-tier structure and three-tier to maximize the system's work ability. The system contains three functional modules: outcome data dissemination, data acquisition front-end computer and report flow mechanism. By adopting dynamic data exchanging and universal Web template techniques, the outcome dissemination module has implemented functions of data dissemination and global retrieval based on dissemination etc. Based on the synchronization technology of asynchronous databases, the data acquisition front-end computer has added manual intervention mechanism according to the status of the oil field and ensures integrity and consistency of the data goes into the database through maintaining the data dictionary tables. The report flow mechanism models the workflow and customizes the outcome data and the process of archive management and constructs reasonable, effective and complete outcome management flow mechanism, which has thoroughly finished the historical issue of information flow fault of the Tuha Oilfield.
