Presently, Web2.0 already has had the important influence to all levels of educational system's teaching way and learner's study way, especially in technology designed to support the teaching and learning activities. But this kind of impact also correspondingly has provided the new angle of view to the network study support program's design and the development.Due to technical architecture and design constraints, the traditional learning systems are usually uses layered, block design. The function of different modules in a relatively independent status is often reflected in the flow of knowledge transfer which are often dominated by one-way, In the learning environment and organizational structure reflected in the teacher-centered learning activity level are more passive learning model presented. As a result of the technical construction's limit, content presentation, learning support, online interaction and other modules in the system interoperability and lack of resources, there is more integration, causes the effective online learning activity the design difficulty to enlarge, easy to form the information isolated island, and does not favor the knowledge the redundant use. Faced with these problems need to introduce new concepts and techniques to effectively change and learning platform to solve some of the problems.These problems, that appeared in the network learning platform, need to introduce new ideas and technology method can effectively change and to solve. In this respect, the e-Learning 2.0 ideas which based the concept for Web2.0 will provide a lot of enlightenment for the design and development of effective online Learning community。The so-called e-Learning 2.0, Say simply can be regarded as the fusion of the concept of traditional e-Learning and Web 2.0, compared to the traditional way of online learning, the main features of this approach is:the identity between teachers and learners boundaries becomes intuitive, learners is the knowledge receiver, also content providers and creator. So it in a member structure reflected a kind of obvious "decentralized" feature; Secondly, due to the form of the personal contribution and everyone share social trust network, the frequent interaction which brought by individual and group will also change the traditional online learning system of one-way knowledge transfer mode, and be replaced by a more intricate knowledge link finally.This study is aimed at researching and analyzing that basis for the research of home and abroad and existing online learning community platform, guidance by the idea of e-Learning 2.0, from the characteristics and system application learner angle, designing and developing the online learning community platform, and designing and practicing the teaching application model for the platform.In the design phase of the study community platform, main based on the investigation and analysis, combining the orientation of the platform, target and technical feasibility, put forward the design principle and general function modules, then make a detailed planning for the system structure of the program and data sheet design. This study used Apache, MySQL, PHP 5.3.0 as the main implementation technology. In the finally realized technology systems, the author completed the online learning community platform (including teaching management mode), the part of social network function is developed based on a secondary development of Ucenter open-source platform, Two systems integrated by the using of single point landing techniques.Besides, this paper also design and practice the patterns and methods of teaching application in the study community platform, and put forward a mode and methods which based on organization teaching activities, and provide study support service .And at the end of the study summarized the system's advantages and disadvantages, and the subsequent research is prospected.
