Meanwhile, scores of interviews and reports about the news characters and events, will inevitably refer to individual privacy problems. But at the same time, the citizen's consciousness of self-protecting are also strengthened gradually, among which the privacy protecting gets especially attention, people forbid private information from others' invasion, awareness and spreading. Press freedom requires disclosures, privacy requires secret. The conflict between each other becomes more and more intense. Through analyzing the inconsistencies between press freedom and privacy in the progress of citizen's society activities, discussing the case about infringement and interference between each other in reality, not only bring up norms about rule of value trade-off between press freedom and privacy, but also make them more specific. So as to attain a dynamic balance of them, and provide for practice the norms that can be operated actually. |
