In the requirements analysis phase, we analyze and conclude the system's operation flow,clarify development goals of this system and problems to be solved. Then, we explain functional requirements of the system by the way of flow paragraph and get design guidance for the hospital housing assets management system. Using the technology of ASP as the future development of technology, SQL Server 2000 database as a background, theoretical basis is provided for the enablement of fixed asset management and query system is realized. By means of a favorable user interface, authorized user can directly login to the government fixed assets inquiry system website.
