With the development of information technology, network technology has been towards the management of colleges and universities, opening the era of information management in colleges and universities. In recent years, college enrollment scale, the need for management of student information to multiply, not only the teacher requires students information management operation, the students also need to maintain their own information at the same time, the traditional method is not only unable to process information in a timely manner, it is easy to cause the loss of information missing, to realize university students’ information management can improve the work efficiency of management, improve the utilization rate of resources in colleges and universities.This writing is based on the current status of university students’information, the purpose is to assist effective information for students in colleges and universities management. Based on project background, this paper tells the background of university students’ management system and system research and development of practical value, at the same time from two aspects:domestic and foreign to the student management system are analyzed in detail, and then expounds the system of related development technologies and system development environment, and from the system target, the feasibility, the main business process, function demand, data flow to obtain system requirements, so as to complete the relevant function module design of system, finally, the system main interface design.This article adopts the method of process oriented on the system analysis and design, using SQL Server2000database as the backend database system support platform, architecture USES B/S three layer architecture to support, this system provides a good interface and feature set, high data safety performance, high reliability, late system development of low cost, simple maintenance, at the same time can improve the staff work efficiency, improve the efficiency of management, has a certain practical significance.
