Abstract/Summary:
Material flow, a very important chain of economic operation, the logistics efficiency brings benefit is remarkable. Transfer station as one of the important links in the logistics, its demand higher efficiency along with the continuously increasing material flow, now is in the state of semi-automation in China. Its efficiency is not high.In the era of network environment, aiming at the continuous development of information technology, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) become an important platform for increasing efficiency. Especially as a transit point for logistics, RFID can identify items for stationary or moving objects automatically, and with its a small size, large capacity, long service life, high universality and other characteristics, can make the logistics functioned in fast reading, non-visual recognition, movement identification and long-term tracking management, so as to achieve the automation of logistics, information management, to improve enterprise efficiency, reduce the cost has important contribution.Aiming to inventory control business, in this paper, postal mail transit operations in China as the research object, based the RFID technology, develop a mail processing software for mail processing center in Guangzhou. Its can realize real-time tracking process for every mail plate, query to the state of every mail board through the RFID. For a national level of mail processing center is remarkable effectiveness, and has higher application value.The frontend is based on environment of Symbol's Windows CE 4.2, and the main job is to do UI programming based on JavaME's CDC environment. AWT library is generally used as the development tool of its UI. However, the use of AWT are often suffered from reusable components shortage and bad user experience, so we reuse the Sourceforge LwVCL component library, which is the ideal alternative of AWT, because it has reusable components and beautiful appearance and completely free. As JavaME do not have ready-made framework like JavaEE such as Spring or Hibernate can be applied so that what developed are often difficult to reuse. So we use the theory of design patterns to design class. The system is easy to understand and extend. To communicate with the frontend by socket, a Java Proxy is used in backend. MySQL5.1 is used as database.At the end, this paper analizes and summary the two key techniques. Collision would forbid the tag data being received correctly, so anti-collision algorithm is an essential technique for RFID system. Middle-ware can isolate device interface and application layer, so as to make the system easily developed and implemented.
