| With the rapid economic development, the public's growing demand for higher education, the increasing size of college, university food and service quality has become a concern to college students and teachers. Now, with the constant expansion of university education, the emergence of multi-campus, multi-canteen case, these canteens are geographically dispersed, so the colleges and universities canteen logistics management become more complicated. Traditional manual or semi-manual management, inefficient accounting, poor accuracy of the accounting results, lack of unified logistics management, statistics logistics situation not timely, can not meet the current demand for university canteen logistics management. After the material and energy become important resource, information become important resource too, the rational management of information is becoming more important. Therefore, it is imperative use achieved college canteen logistics management reasonably and accurately with computer network technology, reflect and transmit logistics situation real-time, convenience for related department master canteen services, achieve the information and standardized of university canteen logistics management.In order to solve the problems of time-consuming, laborious and costly, efficiency not satisfactory while the college canteen logistics management operates by hands. This system make relevant departments manage the entire process of logistics, by combining the actual needs of university canteen logistics business, researching the standardized of university canteen management system, optimizing the logistics processes, compromising the integrated management philosophy into the logistics supply chain. By using this system, we can make the process of food and beverage logistics management more normative, improve efficiency, reduce the staff strength, and increase operational efficiency.This paper used business process diagrams to analysis the specific business process of the college canteen, and used use case diagrams of unified modeling language to describe the system needs. This article used class diagram detailed design the important parts of the system, as Purchasing Management, Distribution Management, Inventory Management, Financial Management, Supplier Management, User Management, policies and regulations Management, Maintenance of system management. In this paper, E-R diagrams were used to describe the database design and the type of entity attributes. This paper implemented the cafeteria logistics management system based on VS.NET development platform. System includes tendering, ordering, purchasing, warehousing, distribution, financial accounting, inventory, statistical queries. The overall test on the system prove that the system is running properly, achieving the desired design goals. Business and finance is tight coupling. This system is propitious to the management of university's canteen logistics. |
