| Motion control system is a tutorials with featiure of strong practical and soon update content and difficult.It is very necessary to research experimental platform witch with feature of hign open and versatitl serving current teaching content.On the other hand, in recent years,scientific and technical personnal become more and more. For testing and verifying an algorithm or circuit,people have to set up a new experimental platform.That needs more time and effort.It is difficult to increase development efficiency.So,experimental platform of digital motion control system with feature of high open and versatitl also have scientific value.According to the trends of DC motion control system and the actual situation,This paper do research of experimental for using of teaching and research. This platform made by master-slave computer architecture. The control system's core is DSP and the control object is DC motor. Up computer's function includes task manager of control system and parameter adjustment and curve shows;lower computer is responsible for the control of controlled object and other accessibility.The design of digital control system including hardware and software of lower computer is gived by this paper.This paper alst explain the functions and principle of experimental platform, also explain the function module of power conversion and communication module and storage module and signal detection module.Up computer design visual interface witch can complete the function of teaching and research experimentals.Up computer and lower computer's communication based on SCI interface--RS-232.Experimental based on this platform show that it can basically meet the need of teaching and research.The experimental platform with feature of hign open and versatitl has a good prospect application. |
