With the social development and technological progress, the tax informationization has become an important means to ensure that the successful completion of the tax work. Tax informationization can significantly improve the efficiency of tax administration and reduce the cost of the tax levy. However, as time goes by and technology advances, the current system is also facing some problems, it is difficult to adapt to state and local taxation bureaus of development needs, the system need to be upgraded. China's tax administration system has many problems, such as lacks of overall planning, isolation in their work; business coverage was incomplete, cross-functional. These problems have seriously hindered the current information highly integrated, highly centralized management of e-government development model, through the development of scalable, standards-based tax management system, data sharing, it is imperative to get rid of data silos.Firstly, the analysis of the current system of tax administration was done, involved the tax on domestic and international information management system, also the advantages and disadvantages; according to the current tax situation application, we design the implementation flow chart of the function modules of tax management system; and the key modules of the system implementation and test code. Chongqing rent focus on the informationization based on the development status, the business needs of the tax department carried out a detailed understanding, we use the B / S architecture and J2EE, SQL Server database and other related technologies, mainly for the designing and development of an online levied for both sides reporting and collection subsystem. The main work includes: the main design and implementation of revenue management systems in the tax declaration and collection of subsystems; tax returns and collection subsystem functional requirements analysis; tax collection of detailed case design subsystems; tax collection of subsystems structure and process analysis and design; MVC pattern implementation; tax collection subsystem detailed design and programming.
