| Nowdays, we can get the informations by many kinds of method with the modern society information become more and more important, but if we want to improve the working efficiency in the enterprise, we should use a lot of managing means and ways. As we know that all of the management is based on the human being, but because of the harmful influence in the environment, emotion, we can not complete the task witch ordered by the management layer. The management layers can not discover the problems because of the manage links, so the enterprise's operation is blocked. We need a suit of software to solve it.The high level of managers should master the progress of each sections'ordinary business in the ordinary operations to complete all of the corredct and garanttee tasks, it can not influence the result of the operation by somebody or something. For a company with multiple departments, and geographically dispersed branches, the senior leadership are unclear with the current transaction. While each branch provides many present information, the progress couldn't be traced by the leaders. As the internal affairs of the respective companies are independent and relative, the implementation status of many events is only known within the department and the verbal message is often ignored by relevant personnel, there have been many problems. Driven by the relevant demand, I plan to develop this real-time management system for enterprise affarirs.The software will be able to assist managers to record events of more than one departments and supervise their progress. As a result, all levels of administrators could easily monitor the work of each department and track the person responsible. In order to facilitate communication, I joined an instant messaging function similar to MSN.This software has applied the platform, so it has a lot of adventages, such as efficiency and savety. In addition, this software has applied the Windows Forms suite which supplied by the DevExpress, so it makes the controls compile more efficient. The database has applied the SQl Server. and the SQl is considered as standardized language of Relational Data Base Management System. The language of SQL can be used to perform various of operations, such as it can update or read the data in the database. Most of the Relational Data Base Management System has applied the standardized language of SQL. Many of the databases has developed and expanded the language of SQL, but the standardized orders of SQL which include Select, Insert, Update, Delete, Create and Drop is still used to complete almost the operation of database. |
