Design And Implementation Of Banking Active Service System Based On Observer Pattern

As the development and opening up of China financial market, the banking is in an era changing with each day. Because of the unprecedented competitive pressure the banking system has been a fundamental change, as the same time, and the traditional mode can not adapt the demand of market and customer. With the guidance of the idea that customer service should be strengthened, we must attach importance to the construction of customer service.In order to raise the quality of customer service we constructced the initiative service system integrated with existing business system. This system provides initiative services that through high-tech.After analyzing and researching the basis theory of the observer patterns, this paper discussed the design of initiative service system, in particular, and focused on the design and implementation of message processing platform that based on the observer pattern; At the same time this thesis has done a preliminary study to the apply of software engineering in the development of banking system.In this paper, the initiative service system has the following core functions:through a series of models to monitor the real-time banking business, as the same time trigger different initiative services, the services channel and the variety of services can be expanded freely, the scale of services is not limited. With flexible structure the initiative system have been put to use in many domestic commercial banks.
