Not only did it breake the limits of the geographical checks using and achieve the widespread use. But also it has important practical significance for enhancing check usage, improving our payment system to support economic developmentCheck imaging system is based on check imaging technology and payment system passwords and other technology, transforming paper checks into electronic images and settlement information, which make it possible to achieve check retention, and by using of network technology to send check images and electronic transmission of information to the drawer's opening bank fro prompt Bank payment to achieve universal use of the check.Since 2007, Check imaging system promote the use and flow of checks in a certain extent.It played a motivating role in actively supporting local economic development and accelerating the circulation of social capital. Compared to developed countries, China's Check images system construction has the advantage, but in the running and promotion of the country there are still problems, further research and efforts are still needed.This paper's main task is to design and implement a check imaging system for the purpose of realizing the function of checking account management, sale management module checks. In the meantime, it try to coordinate the relationship between check image processing systems and its around system, and give a detailed and summarized design and test. Finally it will give a design and implementation solution of practical check imaging system in various cities.As for system implementation, based on J2EE design, three-tier architecture using MVC to separate business logic and presentation, using a more sophisticated spring, hibernate and other mature open source framework to meet the stability and security in the very premise of open large extent, improve the efficiency of development. In the process of data communication using digital signatures and signed inspection certificate, send the transaction message using the private key to sign, when receiving the packet using the public key to send to attest, in order to ensure real and non-repudiation of data.
