| Binhai Development Zone in Weifang has been under rapid development, and it has a leading growthposition in economic, cultural and other fields in recent years. The growth of this region leads to the increase in investment and settlement. In order to properly handle this situation, Weifang Municipal Government carried out a new plan to develop a set of normalized management model, and implemented it as computer software to ensure the accuracy and stability.In this thesis, we will first give an introduction to the system development, and the system-related information. Then we will analyze the user's overall demand for each module in detail. The functions are explained in use case description. In system design section, we will present the system architecture, the network infrastructure, describe the implementation class of the module, and demonstrate the technology used in the process. We will also give a case study of the system's overall implementation process, and demonstrate the system with functional effect diagrams and activity diagrams to achieve. For some core modules, we will explain the code of critical parts. Finally, we will summarize of the process of system design, and introduce our future works.In order to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the requirement analysis, we faithfully follow the characteristics of the work in Binhai Development Area Planning Bureau and the design specifications of software engineering. We use JAVA as development language, and J2EE to implement B/S architecture. In this way, the high maintenance and extensibility of the system can be guaranteed.In general, the Binhai Development Area file management system for urban planning can be divided into six major modules. The basic information management module is responsible to conduct unified information system management, user-friendly query and maintenance. The file management module describes the status of system when maintaining information. File collection module describes how to get the appropriate information from the system. File utilization module summarizes the functionality of the information and analyzes the features of this module. The business process module is used to complete daily processing combined with business domain knowledge of organization department. The system management module maintains the internal information of the systems to facilitate the efficient completion of the system updates and maintenance. The cooperation among modules can be performed efficiently to complete the various management works in Binhai Development Area urban construction planning file management.The design of our system can be used as a reference to provide a fast and normalized office process for Binhai Development Area file management. With our system, users are freed from the tedious file management work, which in turn allows them to provide better services in urban construction planning. The success of our system is mainly because we made an in-depth analysis of the practical business requirement. As a result, the information management is normalized, the management of urban planning bureau is improved, and a lot of manpower and resources are saved. This has a significant positive impact in the economic development of Binhai Development Area. |
