Digital campus makes full use of information means and tools to digitalize a variety of sources, management and service process on campus, which helps form a digital environment and extend the campus in terms of time and space by means of information system. The digital campus in Jinhua College of Profession and Technology plans and works out the information construction on campus with the multi-level and global view, aiming to enable students and teachers to share online sources and communicate with each other in a fast rate. In the meantime, the digital campus enables the management personnel to manage the data more scientifically and regularly, and to put out the information quickly and accurately to serve students and teachers.As a mold of the digital campus in the author's college, the evaluation system retrieves the comprehensive evaluation of teachers from the principal part of teaching system, that is, students. Through the compiling of the statistics, the college manages to acquire a relatively comprehensive evaluation of teachers'teaching performance. The college leaders and teachers themselves can get appropriate evaluation from the system, thus stimulating teachers to improve their teaching quality.Based on the network operation environment, aiming at stability, safety and practical utility, the system adopts ASP websites design technology, and SQL Server 2005 as the database design platform. The paper succeeds in the system's developing, debugging, and functioning. The system is mainly composed of the following parts:1. Through the investigation and research of the evaluation system in the author's college, according to the practical demands, the paper establishes a database model and carries out the functional design of the website of the evaluation system.2. Employing SQL Server 2005, the paper designs the database of the evaluation system, gathers and inputs the basic information of students, teachers and relevant departments.3. Adopting ASP website design technology, the paper designs the evaluation system website, logins and participates in the evaluation using different identities, and achieves the design demands of the system.4. In the evaluation system, Hash function algorithm of MD5 is employed to manage the users'passwords in order to degrade the safety.5. Through design and debugging, the system is put into use after the pilot operation in the college website.The development of the evaluation system realizes the related goals in the digital campus. In addition, the operation of the system provides important information for the teaching management.
