Once there is the problem that arises from the change of the environment in the manufacturing process, it can endanger the health of consumer even is the life. In order to ensure the quality of the pharmaceutical production, we should monitor the temperature, humidity, cleanliness, pressure and so on in the pharmaceutical factory, so that must make the environment of the pharmaceutical factory to achieve the strict demand of the productive technology, and about environmental parameter, the system can take the automatic adjustment timely according to the situation of the field. In this case, the design and application of the air conditioning control system became the most important part of the whole pharmaceutical link. With the continuous development of process control, the air conditioning control system based on computer, modern communication technology and automatic control is increasingly mature, on the one hand, greatly improve the degree of automatic control in the air conditioning control system, on the other hand, also ensure the production of the pharmaceutical.In the article, I have deeply researched and summarized the design and application of the air conditioning control system in the non-sterile building, QA building, stereo warehouse and comprehensive library. These systems are used to monitor and regulate the environmental parameters, including the temperature, humidity, air cleanliness and so on, to ensure the quality of the process of the pharmaceutical production to the safety standards. In this paper, I adopt the Siemens Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) S 7-300, at the same time, take Process Monitor System wince management software as system platform, comprising the air conditioning control system of the non-sterile building, QA building, stereo warehouse and comprehensive library. In the system in the process of debugging, I test and verify the various features of air conditioning unit, meanwhile the air conditioning control system of each season control effects are analyzed and data recorded. The operation results of the system show that the various functional design of air conditioning unit in each area is reasonable and very well, and achieve the expect research purpose of this task. |
