| Recently, Control loops in industrial control system, based on HART field bus protocol, have a big share in the market. Because of the complicated industry site, it comes to many kinds of faulty issues in HART loops that it can't accomplish the task. If the problems can not be solved immediately and correctly, they will affect the schedule and safety of industrial production. In this situation, if we can research and develop a kind of hand instrument which can solve all kinds of faulty issues in HART loops, it will be much convenient for industrial control.This topic is mainly about research and development on diagnosis of HART loops. The object is HART portable instrument. The research content is divided into two parts, the first is multifunctional module, it's responsible for data acquisition and analysis in HART loops, the second one is hand PDA, its responsibility is to do some choices for diagnostic function, data handling and result display. They communicate with each other by Bluetooth. The thought is that if HART loops break down, we can firstly connect the multifunctional module to the circuit, then choose the diagnostic function by PDA, the multifunctional module will be informed by Bluetooth to take some diagnosis and do some data acquisition and analysis. At last, the result will be shown and transmitted to PDA by Bluetooth.After the design about HART diagnostic monitor, we build a debug platform to test all the basic functions of HART diagnostic monitor. Being judged from the testing results, all basic functions can be sufficient to satisfy our requirement and within the limits of request. In the end, we give a summary about researching and designing work and put forward some suggestion and prospects. |
