Cardiovascular disease is one of the major killers to human. Each year cardiovascular disease contributes 1/3 of the deaths around the world. Thus, real time monitoring on the population with high risk of cardiovascular physiology is very necessary. With the improvement of China‘s medical conditions and facilities,detection and pre diagnosis related functions have been applied. However, those equipments with big size and high price are usually used in hospitals. Compared with traditional cardiovascular detection mean, a portable set integrating data acquisition and Bluetooth transmission to smart phones is currently very meaningful. It can not only be used as real-time monitoring of cardiovascular parameters, but also act as a cardiovascular health management assistant that will provide for our living habits, diet, exercise information, etc. Therefore, this thesis made a solution based on a device collecting heart rate and blood pressure, cardiac output and other parameters with pulse acquisition device and transmitting them to Android intelligent machines through Bluetooth. To detect the effect of portable cardiovascular, a cardiovascular specialist analysis will be made based on Android software, parameters of the acquisition of a recording and analysis.This thesis researched and analyzed pulse, pulse wave theory and their theoretical basis through the inspection of the relevant literature and explored the vascular parameters based on the theory of pulse wave measurement method; this thesis designed and implemented the hardware of acquisition of the front-end pulse signals. On the front-end acquisition module, according to the circuit structure framework of acquisition hardware and design of the function of each section, system can process the pulse signals by MSP430 chip and implement effective interaction with intelligent devices through Bluetooth. Next, with the help of simulation program, we can debug system of the acquisition hardware of the front-end pulse signals and analyze and demonstrate the results which are from system. After discussing and analyzing automatic extraction algorithm of pulse wave, automatic identification of pulse wave that can solve the problem of interference caused by clutters or baseline drift will be realized. Finally, the thesis introduced the function design of software client system, analyzed the principles and implementation methods of database operations and BLE communication, implemented and debugged the software system, and analyzed the monitoring data.Proved by experiments, the data which found by the portable cardiovascular health management assistant project through software background operation to detect and monitor the implementation of cardiovascular health. The characteristics of system are accurate, convenient and make full use of the popularity of intelligent machines, openness, better achieved the design goal in advance. With the development of medical and health, cardiovascular health management assistant will making more market space.
