Research On The Developing Path Of The News Public Opinion In The Service-oriented Government

Building a service-oriented government since the date of its proposal in the wholesociety has got widely attention, the government has made great efforts to build a moretransparent,open, and righteous social environment. As the level of people's material andcultural life has improved steadily, their political demand also constantly strengthen, theservice quality of government requirements is constantly improved. Especially in theinformation era, information dramatically expands, information channels extend in alldirections. People has more and more influenced by the news public opinion, so in thiscontext, the use of media dominant opinion is particularly important. How the news mediain service-oriented government run and obtain a certain result, what operationcharacteristics it has, what the great changes the news public opinion will make to thedevelopment of people's lives, what the weakness of the news media and how to control,these problems can be discussed and explained in the article. Building a service-orientedgovernment is a long-term complex system, which not only needs to pay full attention andplay its special role of the news media, but also needs all social work, and the participation,understanding and support of every citizen. The news media,as a huge public opinionsystem, should be aware of and consciously understand their sacred responsibility, andshould change this sacred responsibility into action, fulfill voluntarily in real life fromevery little drop, and let its every right opinion be a positive sign in the construction of theservice-type government.The main body of this paper totally contains four parts. The first part discusses theservice government and the connotation of the news public opinion.
