Study On Game Phenomenon In The Right Of Doctor-patient Speech In Cyberspce

Medical and health work is the important constituent of people's livelihood project. Inrecent years, doctor-patient contradiction was acerb, and medical disputes frequentlyoccurred due to unbalance of medical resources, unsound social security mechanism,doctor-patient information asymmetry and other factors."Eight Mao Men","Suturing anusMen","Event of my colleagues Xu Wen being cut ","Murder case in First Hospital ofHaerbin Medical University " and other medical media events occurring in recent yearsmade doctor-patient relationship reduce to the freezing point of history.From the perspective of communication, the study revealed profound changes of thedoctor-patient discourse power after transition from the medical field to the masscommunication field by comparing and analyzing propagation path, propagationcharacteristics, macro field, microscopic narrative and other aspects of representativemedical media events in2011and clarified that the development and outcome of medicalmedia events was greatly influenced by public opinion field to a great extent, especially theresult of doctor-patient discourse power game in cyberspace as public opinion leader.Some studies proved that the nature of doctor-patient discourse power game incyberspace was online continuation of doctor-patient offline interest conflicts, the mediaplayed the part of "spokesperson"of patients, and unbalance of doctor-patient discoursepower in cyberspace greatly influenced doctor-patient relationship and social harmony.This study still emphatically analyzed reasons for unbalance of doctor-patient discoursepower in cyberspace from the three aspects: identity characteristics of doctor-patient twoparts, discourse features of medical reports and propagation characteristics of networkdiscourse, and proposed the corresponding strategies for the construction of harmoniousdoctor-patient discourse pattern in cyberspace.
