Study On Meta-modeling Of E-government Business System Based On Agent

In view of the importance of E-Government Affair Business System, the modeling of the system has been an important proposition that being extensively researched all the time. As the abstract type of a model, the meta-model plays a crucial role in establishing the system. But up to now there is no research on establishing this meta-model. Therefore, based on research of role and Multi-Agent theory, this thesis is aiming at raising a method with generally instructional significance,enrich the establishing theory and enhance the flexibility and intelligence level.Firstly, it raised the theory of establishing the meta-model of E-Government Affair Business System, which used the reference of the framework for E-Government Affair, proceed from lifecycle dimension, extracted essentials during the analysis on demand of the system, ensured the relation, and introduced the concept of role to establish the net model of it. During the designing of the system it reflected the role as Agent, established meta-model based on principal part. This thesis expounded specifically about the establishing principal, propounding, procedures, formalized presentation of main concept and modeling algorithm.Secondly, this thesis aimed at establishing a unified restrain of meta-model, defined and presented the concept and relation during establishing the meta-model, presented the two main concept, i.e. role and principal part in unified from, connected the analysis on demand of the system and the designing of the system smoothly and improve the readability of the meta-model.Finally, on concerning about the purchasing system of E-Government, it established five typical meta-models of operating system, which are process meta-model, agent structural meta-model, interactive meta-model, corresponding meta-model and synergic meta-model, which can fit Chinese characteristics and solve the main problems of the system at present. And it used graphic symbols which were defined in this thesis as formalized presentation, in order to guide the establishing of the purchasing system of E-Government. It also had a certain guiding meaning on establishing of other operating system of E-Government.
