Food is the foundation of the development of national economy, It's also the material base on human survival and development. Countries around the world regard the issue of food security in the first place.And our country is a big population, power and food consumption power grain production.So Food safety issues for our country, even more can not be ignored. In food storage process, because food by the temperature, humidity, water and other factors, may appear fever, mildew and insect pest. etc.In order to reduce grain losses during storage, to ensure food safety, it should be timely and accurately grasp the changes of various physical quantities in the grain storage process, find out the variation. Therefore, the function is perfect grain situation of electronic control system, is the reliable guarantee of safety control storage.This system is designed for Xi'an Yanliang District Kangqiao granary. The system which is mainly used for monitoring the state of the grain in the granary is constituted by the MSP430F149 microcontroller and sensors such as DS18B20 and HM1500. The whole system is mainly composed of the host computer, communication computer and the measurement and control extension. Through the communication computer the host computer can communicate with each control extension in real-time and the temperature, humidity, moisture of the grain is then received. After the intelligent analysis, the information is showed to the users in the form of data report, the temperature and humidity curves and other visual forms. At last the grain state control system will make the corresponding response according to the actual situation. The core unit of the measurement and control extension is the ultra-low power MSP430F149 microcontroller. This design can make full use of the data processing and real-time detection capability of the microcontroller. The main work of the communication host are exchanging information between the host computer and the monitoring and control extension, receiving orders from the host computer and sending them to the measurement and control extension and sending the temperature and humidity data from the measurement and control extension to the host computer. Besides of data analysis the soft measurement technique which is introduced in this article is used to achieve the grain state estimation.Show that the use of the granary in the Grain and control system has a full-featured, real-time, distance communication, high reliability and strong anti-interference advantages, to achieve the desired results. Suitable for storage and management of actual application.
