The vocational education is just the education of employment. The purpose of secondary vocational education which based on nine years compulsory education is training hundred million high character workers. However the status of secondary vocational education could not satisfy the demand in society. Recently, the curriculum reforms are carried on by the secondary vocational schools. Project-based Learning is applied in different courses which are especially about computer classes. According to the facts of the secondary vocational schools, this paper combined with the character of the course of Flash Making, applies Project-based Learning in the classroom.This paper proceeding from the practical issues of the course of Flash Making, try to apply Project-based Learning to the curriculum activities in order to promote the quality and effect of teaching of the course. This study discussed the application of Project-based Learning in the process of teaching the course of Flash Making with practical case study, tried to provide some reference to the future study and applied research of Project-based Learning.This paper has five parts:The first part first of all we analyze the background of the research, the research methods and research content etc.The second part discussed the content, character, processes and theoretical basis of Project-based Learning.The third part analyzed the elements in Project-based Learning.The fourth part described the application practice of Project-based Learning in the course of Flash Making.The fifth parts analyzed the research results, rethink the research and made out the shortcomings in it.
