Due to a combination of computer technology and test and measurement instrumentation technology, the new generation of test equipment-the virtual instrument has a very wide range of applications in university research and teaching. The virtual instrument technology is the using of high-performance modular hardware, combined with efficient and flexible software to complete a variety of test, measurement and automation applications. Variety of tools to meet the needs of any of our projects provided by the virtual instrument. Experimental teaching is an important learning aspect of Higher Vocational Education, the funding of the laboratory building is relatively large, but facing a number of specialized laboratories laboratory instruments updates to keep up with the rhythm of the market, the laboratory is still on the market already out of the equipment. Therefore, urgent need to establish a laboratory to meet the following conditions, laboratory instruments used can be updated in the main configuration is essentially the same premise, allow students to create the experimental environment is not out of line with the society.
