Abstract/Summary:
The development of IC technology marks the progress of the science and technology inthis age,with the improvement of users' requirements for performance and the miniaturizationof SMD components,the density of components in a single piece of PCB becomes higher andhigher. Furthermore, with the innovation and development in the field of mobile Internet, therequirement for components density will be higher. BGA, CSP and other encapsulation wayshave been widely applied because of their good electrical characteristics, but how to ensurethe chip's good welding performance of invisible solder joint is a challenge in currentdetection. The X ray is applied in industrial testing and inspection and it will be a new X rayapplication technology which utilizes X ray technology to test the imaging in electronicindustry and semiconductor industry, AXI (Automatic X Ray Inspection) performs moreconveniently and accurately than other detection ways in detecting the welding of invisiblesolder joint. It is of positive and realistic significance to study AXI.In this paper, an efficient scheduling system is researched and developed as the need ofAXI. The efficient scheduling system includes the following two aspects: motion control andautomatic navigation subsystem and experts online platform subsystem. The motion controland automatic navigation subsystem is the base of high quality reconstruction for AXI, andautomatic navigation subsystem constructs bridge between enterprise and customers.Motion control and automatic navigation subsystem analyzes the motion organizationsand imaging control problems of AXI, and uses multithreading technology and Qt signal slotas the core for the task scheduling processing module to handle the motion control and otherAXI thread of interaction, meanwhile distributes system resources.Experts online platform subsystem analyzes the demands for constructing expertsonline platform of general machine vision platform, and analyzes the core points inconstruction USB cameras image sampling, WEB server design, parameter settingsinterface program design, and shows the final interface.
