Senior management is the core of enterprise management, it plays an important role in the survival and development of enterprises.At the same time, the executive compensation problem of the senior management is always a focus of management and economics.Now Chinese Enterprises executive compensation system has some problems to be solved, so the analysis of the impact factors also came into being, which factors affect the executive compensation, how strong the affects are , is the most important thing of all.In a long time China's economic development has been limited by the planned economy system, although in recent years the distribution of electric power enterprises has been committed to reform, but the reform itself sufficiently studied the formation mechanism of pay system, a comprehensive analysis of the impact factors of executive compensation , the effect of reform has not played a significant incentive.This paper combines the specific circumstances of the domestic power industry, based on previous studies of relevant experience, improve a number of deficiencies, its influence factors for a more in-depth study. This sample selected for the main business of power generation companies, carried out with SPSS software, correlation and multiple linear regression analysis, in order to draw conclusions on the future development of electricity enterprises and improvement of executive compensation can play a positive role.
