Now in modern agricultural development, the agricultural culture and leisure agriculture are combined together, agricultural culture gives the leisure agriculture regional specialty, the leisure agriculture inherit and innovate the traditional agricultural culture.China is a large agricultural country with a long history of traditional agriculture, agricultural culture is formed in the evolution of traditional agriculture. Cultural exchanges between Fujian and Taiwan has a long history. It gradually formed some common and different regional cultural features, these features in the long blending history, become the basis of agricultural culture effects. From agricultural culture core spirit of "harmony", the author puts forward the idea of using agricultural culture effects to promote the communication of leisure agriculture between Taiwan and Fujian. And then, the author take Ten Fu's Tea as a case study, empirical analysis successful experience of agricultural culture development and application in MingTai leisure agriculture., in order to promote agricultural culture as a key element in form of agriculture function playing, agricultural market leading, and to promote the communication and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan agriculture.
