Since 1995 the company had set up, its build up the management concept in order to improve the management level and service for gas field development construction, and according to the China National Petroleum Corporation's requirement to establish many management system of ISO 9000 (quality management system), HSE (safety, environment and health), environment management system, internal control and many specialized information system of ERP, DCS, PLC, OA and so on many management system. Because of each system has many element to across and overlap one another, resulting in the management of duplication and waste, its not good to realize the resources of utilize in reason, meanwhile, every system has the different self-regard and with different requirements in administer process, resulting in the phenomena of "mismatch" at the system of administer. Therefore, the system integration work for improve the level of the basic management of the company promising to become important.This paper analyzes the company's current management status and system operation, point out the company to achieve the healthy gas field and sustainable development, to enhance the basic management level, the urgent need for effective management, integration management system is imperative. In this context, the company currently running the management system the detailed analysis, research, existing in the running of the system management elements overlap, a single management objectives, management high cost and low efficiency of management deficiencies described. This paper analyzes the research on the feasibility of an integrated system of systems described in detail and identified the "common compatibility, personality complementary" integration principles.
