Domestic and foreign scholars study the urbanization from different fields, mainly inclined to applied research, the measure of urbanization, the continuous improvement of evaluation indexes. Dalian as an important open coastal city in Bohai Sea region and the largest port city in Northeast China, the beautiful living and production environment is an important condition for attracting investment in Dalian. How to properly evaluate the level of Dalian urban development is essentialThe level of urbanization measurement is a comprehensive approach to judge the level of urbanization. In previous studies, the development of urbanization level mainly concerned the level of industrialization and economic development. In fact, the process of urbanization should be a process of development of multiple factors.
