Study On The Measurement Of The Development Level Of New Urbanization In Wuhu

Urbanization is the only way to realize the modernization of the city.Since the reform and opening up,the development of urbanization in China has entered a period of acceleration,however,there are many contradictions behind the rapid development,such as the widening gap between urban and rural areas,the incompatibility of population and land urbanization,and the expansion of urban disorder,leading to the imbalance of ecological structure.The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC pointed out the direction of urbanization,which is to promote the development of new urbanization.The Nineteen National Congress of the CPC "escort" for the new urbanization.This paper,based on the mature theory of urbanization at home and abroad,summarizes the achievements of previous academic research and defines the scientific connotation of the new urbanization.First,the paper analyzes the development status of the new urbanization in Wuhu from inside and outside two layer,points out the existing problems of the new urbanization in Wuhu;secondly,starting from the four aspects of the economy,infrastructure,living and ecological,set up evaluation system that have 14 second level index,based on the factor analysis model,the empirical analysis of the level measure is carried out from the time series and the spatial dimension,and the compositescore ranking and analysis results are given;finally,according to the result of the empirical analysis is based on the measurement of the new level of urbanization in Wuhu,the conclusion is drawn and the current development rule of new urbanization in Wuhu is summarized.According to the conclusions and results of the full text,the policies and suggestions to enhance the development level of new urbanization in Wuhu are given,and the prospect and deficiency of this research are pointed out.The results of the study show that:(1)from the current situation of the development,at present,the development of economy,population and society in Wuhu is on the rise,but there are still many problems that the economic development of each district and county in Wuhu is not balanced,infrastructure construction is still inadequate,public resources is uneven,ecological and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent,compared Wuhu city with developed city,there is still a big gap in population urbanization rate,the competitiveness of the city still needs to be further promoted.(2)according to the analytical measurement factor in time series,2001-2016 years,the comprehensive score showed increasing trend,which reflects the Wuhu new urbanization development level increased year by year;for comparative analysis in space,the comprehensive scoring is in the second row after the capital of Hefei,it is consistent with the positioning of the Wuhu National Regional Center City,in a comprehensive comparison,it is necessary to further strengthen the construction of public service,optimize the industrial layout and improve the level of urban urbanization.
